Filtration System Selection

Your Pure Core product is custom to your household needs. Below is the estimated cost (taxes are not included in the estimate). An invoice will be issued to you electronically via email detailing the selections you've discussed with the sales representative. To start, 50% down is required with 50% upon completion. Payment may be made via Cash, Check and Venmo or you may use a Credit/Debit card which will include a 3% processing fee. All sales are final. All Terms and Conditions are available online including warranties and covered policies. The combination of this form and invoice issued will be termed 'contract' representing a legal agreement between the above customer and Pure Core NC LLC.

Installation Date Selection

Please note the install date is approximate and can fluctuate +- 3 days.

Maintenance Option

If you choose for the maintenance option, it will begin on the day of the install. This is not a required option and can also be cancelled at any time. This option requires an automatic monthly debit via Credit/Debit card.
